What are we trying to Accomplish?
The following is what we plan to do.  Are you Interested in the same
1.  We want to own some property outside of the big cities, in a rural, natural environment.  We may want to “retire” or maybe “raise our kids” in a rural environment where  honesty, integrity, and  respect is still important.

2.  We want an area with a very low crime rate, and A Strong Security System to protect our family  and our property.  

3.  We want the space and the freedom to move around without bumping into someone else.

4.  We want a place to ride horses and ATV’s.

5.  We want to plant a small garden and a few “special” trees.

6.  We want a big, (8 foot by 4 foot, open on 3 sides) all stone work, wood burning fire place.  I have a “special, very unique” Fireplace design.  It heats the home, (through a piping system) cooks our meals,  (on the back side) and on the front side, (us grown up kids) can “play with the fire” in a safe manner.  The fire is kept at a low level and it burns a relatively small amount of wood.

7.  We want a beautiful view of a natural environment from our living room.

8.  We want lots of room to explore, fish, camp-out, go hiking, bike riding, and viewing birds and wild life without leaving our own High Security Property.

9.  We want to own our own private property that we know will always be ours & our kids & their kids.

10. We want all of the conveniences of our present home.  We want to place small dams in some of our streams to provide us with electricity as well as good fishing and recreation areas.  We will also put wind mills on the top of our mountains and maybe on the top of some of our houses.  We want to be “energy independent” and keep our cost of  energy at a very low rate.

11. We want a High Speed Internet connection, world wide TV and Radio reception, and a telephone system that includes our cell phone.

12. We want a good connection to the world wide mail and shipping system.  We may want to build things, sell them on the Internet, and mail them out.

13. We want everything it takes to “work out of our home” have fun, and make a living for the family.  We plan to build a relatively large “production center” with room for a work shop, a sewing room, machine shop, computer driven drilling and cutting machines, and a small assembly plant.

14. We want an area with a relatively low, wage rate, so we can hire local people to help us cook, clean our home, and take care of the kids.  We may hire 2, or 3 local workers to  make  things that we will sell on the Internet and ship to our customers.
15.  We want a minimum lot size of 1 Hectare = 2.47 acres = 107,593 square feet.  We want lots of room for us and our neighbours.

16.  We would like to do these things with a “like minded” group of others.

We have found the “perfect place” that we can turn into the above community.  It is in the Northern Patagonia region of Chile.

The above lifestyle is definitely not for everyone, but if it meets your requirements, lets get together and do it.  We can make it happen.   We will start small and grow as we sell the lots.
This Project is very un-usual in that my “Engineering Company”  is performing the functions of the “Engineer,” and the “Property Developer.” “Property Developers” receive and keep the vast majority of the income produced by their developments.  We know this because we have done work for many of them.  But in this project the “Property Developer” is Engineering Solutions, Inc. (ESI) and ESI is giving away  the majority of the ownership to the investors.

We are doing this because we want to live here, full time.  This property means more to us than just making money.  This will be our home and our kids home.

Neither you, nor me, will ever have another opportunity to be the owners of our own private 109 square miles of beautiful, wooded, recreation land.   This will be one of the worlds biggest “Play Grounds” for our kids, our grand kids, their friends, and us old guys and gals.  And, maybe, we can make a little money at the same time.
