Most Home Developments are just Home Developments. But not in our Chile Ranch.
Our plan requires that we not only provide a Lot and a Home, but just as important; we plan to provide our Residents an opportunity to produce an income. The following is included in our Development Plan and it will all be paid for with income from Lot and Home sales.
1. A World Wide Telephone, TV, and High Speed Internet Connection.
2. A Dude Ranch that will bring in new tourist every week. We will have more than a 100 horses available, so we are planning on keeping at least 70 vacationers here all the time. We will build a Western Bunk House to house and feed these people. We will build a Super Large Rodeo Arena, about 4 times as large as a standard Rodeo Arena. We will install a roof so our customers will always be able to ride, even during the rain. The Rodeo Arena will be open 24 hours a day making it available to the largest number of people as possible, our customers, as will as our residents. If we need a second or third Rodeo Arena, we will build them. We will have, full time Professional Instructors who will teach Riding, Roping, and “How to do Professional Rodeo Performances.” We will have a “Formal Rodeo Show” at least 2 times a Week and it will be our customers and residents who are the Performers. We will make movies of each show and sell them to the performers to take back home and show their friends what they did on their vacation.
3. We will have a 1,000 person auditorium which will make it possible for us to Host Company Conventions from around the world. No convention center in the entire world will have what we have to offer.
4. We will have a relatively large Hotel and Restaurant for short term visitors. We will give them tours of our entire property. One day may be a walking day, another an ATV riding day, and one day a horse back riding day. They can camp out at various locations and prepare their food at our 150 camp sites.
5. There will be many jobs open to our Residents to work at our various facilities. There will also be many opportunities for our Residents to meet our numerous guest.
6. We will install 2 large works shops that will include most every piece of machinery, wood working equipment, tools, and items that Residents may use in producing an income at our Ranch. We will also have numerous commercial sewing machines and embroidery equipment available. And a major Automobile Repair facility.
7. Our Residents will have facilities such as a Large, (natural spring water) Heated Pool, A major, Gym, fully equipped, aircraft hangers and a run-way, Camping Sites, a Library on a mountain top overlooking the world around us, at least 2 fishing piers that make it possible to “fish in the rain,” a marina for their boats, and more miles of trekking, bicycle riding, horseback riding, and ATV riding than they can cover in one year. Our Residents will also have available the use of all of our Tourist attractions, such as the Rodeo Arenas, and our Convention Center.
Some people look at this and say; It is going to be over-crowded. This is nowhere near the truth. Keep in mind that we will have 109 square miles, infinitely larger than your typical Home Development. There are cites here in Florida with more than 80,000 Residents (about 10 times the number of people we will have on our property) and they have less than one fourth of the land we will have. Think in terms of 80,000 people in 25 square miles verses 8,000 people in 109 square miles. We will always have a rural, low density, country Residence. Our plan is to have just enough “Tourist” to make us an Economically Independent Community.
